Many spiritual souls in the human body have a tricky time adjusting. So with that, that's our most important lesson, and at the same time, you’re soul, and human self is always up for a challenge.
Checking the Hawkins scale of consciousness for manifestation. See where you're at also for being able to access your spirituality and mediumship, because, as you turn up the volume of these different frequencies of emotions, you're able to access more.
Things are coming up now because moving on from whatever you’re doing is essential.
Knowing things is NOT a punishment, and it's not that you should have dealt with it earlier. So why is it coming up now? What do I need to do about it? Giving yourself grace wherever you're fuxking at if you're just starting your healing process or you’re well into it.
Learning to let go of what you SHOULD be doing and lean into finding what brings you actual growth, healing, clarity, release, and comfort.
Learning to leap into and embrace self-preservation.
